Online chastity keyholder

The keyholder does not have to be standing next to you to be in control.

Simply Locked lets one trusted person manage your chastity lock online while you keep the wearer view.

You get the countdown.

They get the decisions.

No account is required to start.

What is an online chastity keyholder?

A chastity keyholder is the person who controls when a chastity lock can be released.

In person, that might literally mean carrying the physical key.

Online keyholding moves the control to the internet.

The key can stay inside a combination lockbox while the keyholder manages the digital lock remotely.

The people can be in the same room, different cities, or different countries.

What changes hands is control of the release.

How Simply Locked keyholding works

There are two ways to begin.

If you are being locked

Choose I’m being locked, then choose Give control to a keyholder.

Simply Locked creates a private invitation for the person you want controlling the lock.

Send it directly to them. Do not post it publicly.

The waiting state stays quiet until you copy that invite. Once they accept, they get the keyholder side and you keep the wearer side.

The claim link is one-time. After they accept, control moves to them.

If you are the keyholder

Choose I’m the keyholder from the beginning.

Create the lock for someone else and send them their wearer link.

You begin in control instead of waiting to be invited.

On this path, the locked person sets the combination before the timer starts. Same blurred peek as a self-lock. The countdown begins when they confirm.

What can the keyholder do?

Depending on the current lock, the keyholder can control things such as:

  • adding time
  • removing time
  • adjusting the release
  • responding to Beg attempts
  • leaving messages or an On release note
  • releasing the wearer when the lock permits it

The controls remain on the keyholder side.

The wearer does not need to repeatedly message the keyholder asking what the current release time is because Simply Locked keeps both views synchronized.

The On release note

From Manage timer, a keyholder can leave text that only appears when the lock ends.

If there is also a generated combination, both show at release: the code first, then the note.

While the lock is running, the wearer does not see that note in the page body. Hygiene unlocks never reveal it either.

Claiming control does not clear an On release note that was already set.

The wearer gets a different screen

This distinction matters.

The keyholder should not just be looking at the same timer with an extra button attached.

The wearer sees the lock from the locked side.

The keyholder sees it from the controlling side.

That separation makes the relationship easier to understand:

Wearer: How long is left?

Keyholder: What happens next?

Does a remote keyholder physically hold the key?

Not necessarily.

One common setup uses a resettable combination lockbox.

The wearer places the physical key inside and sets the lockbox to a combination held by the app.

That means the keyholder can control the digital release without needing the physical key mailed or handed to them.

This is particularly useful for long-distance keyholding.

Keep an independent emergency release method outside the normal lock process.

Can a keyholder be in another country?

Yes.

The controlling side is online, so physical distance is not important to the lock itself.

A remote keyholder can manage the release anywhere both people have internet access.

That makes Simply Locked useful for long-distance partners as well as people who simply prefer the keyholder controls to live on a separate device.

Do I need to find a keyholder on Simply Locked?

No.

Simply Locked does not operate a keyholder marketplace.

It does not match wearers with strangers.

You bring the person you have already chosen and give them the private invitation.

This keeps Simply Locked focused on managing the lock rather than becoming a dating or adult-services platform.

What should you agree on before handing over control?

Software can enforce a timer.

It cannot decide what your boundaries are.

Before a longer keyholder lock, it is sensible to agree on things such as:

  • expected duration
  • whether adding time is allowed
  • whether removing time is allowed
  • how Beg requests should be treated
  • when communication is expected
  • what happens if something genuinely needs to stop

The clearer the agreement is before the lock begins, the less ambiguity there is once one person has control.

Keyholder or self-lock?

A fixed self-lock works best when you already know exactly how long you want to stay locked.

Use the online chastity timer if your main goal is simply:

I chose six hours, so I stay locked for six hours.

Choose keyholder control when giving somebody else authority over the outcome is the point.

Keyholder or Crowd?

They produce very different experiences.

Keyholder

One person controls the lock.

They know they are responsible for the decisions.

Crowd

Everyone with the voting link gets influence.

Nobody individually holds complete control.

Use crowd-controlled chastity when unpredictability and participation from multiple people are what you want.

Is online keyholding secure?

The private links controlling a lock should be treated as access credentials.

Do not post a private keyholder invitation publicly.

Send it only to the person intended to control the lock.

Crowd links are designed to be shared.

Keyholder invitations are not.

Do I need an account?

No account is required to create the initial lock.

Accounts become useful for persistence and access across devices.

If a lock matters enough that losing browser storage would be a problem, creating an account is the better option.

Can I test it first?

Yes.

A short test lock is a sensible way to understand what the wearer and keyholder each see before using the setup for something longer.

You do not have to make the first lock ambitious.

Five or ten minutes is enough to understand the flow: copy the invite, accept on another phone or browser, add a little time, leave a short On release note, then release.

What about an endless lock?

Endless duration is built for keyholding.

There is no fixed release to count down to, so Crowd and Just lock me are not offered for that choice.

Someone stays in control until they decide otherwise.
